作者介绍
Peter Bently is the award-winning author of many books for younger children, including KING JACK AND THE DRAGON (an American Library Association Notable Book of the Year), THE SHARK IN THE DARK, UNDERPANTS WONDERPANTS and CATS AHOY! (winner of the Roald Dahl Funny Prize). Among his most recent titles are A RECIPE FOR BEDTIME and THE PRINCE AND THE PORKER. He lives with his family in South Devon, England, just twenty miles from the spot that the Pilgrim Fathers sailed from.
Deborah Melmon has worked as an illustrator for over 25 years. After graduating from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she started her career illustrating covers for the Palo Alto Weekly newspaper. Since then, she has produced artwork for over twenty children s books. Her artwork can also be found on giftwrap, greeting cards, and fabric. Deborah lives in Menlo Park, California, and shares her studio with an energetic Airedale Terrier named Mack.
